Answers to the most frequently asked questions

Yes, absolutely. Our showroom is in Dronten, but we work throughout the Netherlands. Amsterdam, Almere, Lelystad, Zwolle, Harderwijk, Apeldoorn and the entire Veluwe, all within a reasonable travel distance.
That depends on the season and which type of floor you choose. Floors in stock can often be installed within 1-2 weeks. Special orders and parquet take more time. We always tell you honestly when we can start.
Sometimes yes, but usually we recommend removing the old floor. That ensures a flatter surface and better adhesion. During the measurement we check the current floor and give honest advice, remove it or lay over it.
PVC is usually the best choice for underfloor heating, it conducts heat excellently. Laminate and parquet are also possible, but you need to choose specific types. We are happy to advise you on the right combination during your showroom visit.
For herringbone we calculate about 12% cutting waste, for Hungarian point about 14%. That is included in our quote. We always order slightly more material than strictly necessary, better too much than having to stop halfway.
Yes. On the material you get the manufacturer’s guarantee (often 10-25 years). On our installation we provide our own guarantee. If something is not right after delivery, we will fix it free of charge.
